When it comes to selling your house, having the best looking house on the street can get you off to a winning start as lots of buyers will drive past your property prior to booking a viewing. They will check out the area but also want to see your home for real, rather than just online.
Not only do our gardens, yards or window boxes need to look their best at this time of year but there are lots of other things than can boost your properties kerb appeal.
•Maintain the garden: Mow the lawn, trim hedges, and remove weeds. Add seasonal flowers or plants for colour and interest.
•Clean pathways and driveway: Power wash or scrub away dirt and grime. Remove weeds and ensure they are free of clutter.
